اگر مى‌توانستید به جمهورى اسلامى آسیب بزنید، یک دقیقه را هم تلف نمى‌کردید
پیام رئیس‌جمهور ما به رئیس‌جمهور امریکا
را، مقایسه کنید با پیام غیرمؤدبانه و سخیف امریکایى‌ها که خارج از عرف
دیپلماتیک و لبریز از تکبر حماقت‌آمیز، پُر از تهدید و حرف‌هاى پوچ بود.
شما اگر مى‌توانستید به جمهورى اسلامى آسیب بزنید، در این بیست‌وهفت سال یک
دقیقه را هم تلف نمى‌کردید. وزیر خارجه‌ى اسبق امریکا صریحاً گفت من باید
ریشه‌ى ملت ایران را بکَنم؛ او گور به گور شد؛ اما ملت ایران روزبه‌روز رشد
بیشترى کرد.

Compare our president’s message written to the president of the United
States, with the impolite and crude message of the Americans which was
not in line with customary diplomatic considerations and was full of
stupid arrogance and threats.
If you could harm the Islamic Republic of Iran, you would spare not even
a second [to do so] over the past 27 years. Former U.S. Secretary of
State openly said that he should eradicate the Iranian nation. He
perished but the Iranian nation has since made more growth on a daily
basis.
